The Dink Awards are back... bigger, better, and more community-driven than ever.
And this year, we’re proud to announce that 120/Life is officially the Title Sponsor of The 120/Life Dink Awards 2025.
120/Life is a brand focused on one mission: helping people manage their blood pressure through a natural, daily routine.

Their flagship drink is made from just six ingredients like beetroot, hibiscus, and pomegranate. It's the highest-rated option on the market for supporting heart health without side effects. It’s clinically backed, easy to drink, and actually tastes good.
You’ll be seeing more of them throughout the nominations and voting period, and we’re glad to have them on board as the Title Sponsor of this year’s Dink Awards.
The Dink Awards have always been the sport’s most fan-focused celebration, and last year proved just how powerful that can be.

This year, we’re handing even more of the process over to the community that lives and breathes pickleball — and 120/Life is helping us do it.
A Bigger Ballot Than Ever
The 120/Life Dink Awards feature 24 total categories, touching every corner of the pickleball world from the best players on tour, to the creators, facilities, gear, and moments that defined the year.
Of those 24 categories, 17 are fully fan-nominated, meaning the finalists won’t be decided behind closed doors or by a panel. They’ll be built directly from community input.
The remaining categories use objective criteria — such as player rankings, league rosters, or standout results — to ensure the best performances of the year are properly represented on the final ballot.
"The Dink Awards grow every year, and the response keeps getting bigger. It’s cool to recognize the people in and around the pickleball community who really live and breathe the sport." – Thomas Shields, Founder & CEO of The DinkHow the 120/Life Dink Awards Work
Step 1: Fan Nominations (Live Now)
Fans can submit nominations in eligible categories at dinkawards.com, spotlighting the players, teams, creators, facilities, and moments they believe deserve recognition.
Step 2: Finalists Selected
Once nominations close, The Dink team will review submissions and finalize nominees based on vote volume, eligibility, and category criteria.
Step 3: Fan Voting (January 5–21)
Final voting opens January 5 and runs through January 21. The fans once again decide the winners.
Step 4: Winners Announced
Winners will be revealed in late January by each category’s designated host — a new addition this year.
Meet the Category Hosts
New this year, we’re introducing Category Hosts: respected voices, creators, and personalities from across the pickleball world.
Each host is paired with a specific award and will help bring it to life. They'll promote nominations and voting, add commentary around their category, and announce the winner when the time comes.
And yes, we’ve got some fun ones lined up this year:
- Ava Ignatowich and Camila Zilveti from the Balls Deep Podcast are taking on College Team of the Year. Ava did play collegiate pickleball at the University of Miami, but no, UM does not get an automatic dub. Bias will be kept in check. Probably.
- Sydney Steinaker is hosting Fan Favorite MLP Team. She’s caffeinated, feeling petty, and fully ready to stir the pot when it comes to MLP fandom.
- Chris Cali from Sorry Not Sorry is hosting Upset of the Year, which feels right considering he lives for chaos and unexpected storylines.
It’s another way to make the awards more connected to the community and the culture driving the sport forward. Full host details are available now at dinkawards.com.
