We also cover how to adjust your wrist so it lags purposely just before contact and flicks to generate that signature high-pitched serve sound. Then it’s on to counter shot technique where I show you how to snap your wrist back and flick forward to tighten your shots and avoid slicing the ball out of bounds. Next up we tackle court positioning and how to move your legs and core when speeding up off a dink using a twoey leverage style. I walk you through maintaining a side loading back swing a sharp core engagement and pivot step to generate efficient speed and control. To wrap it all up we look at turning over the paddle face to add top spin on those speed-ups so your shots stay low yet powerful.
