The soaring skyscrape boasts panoramic views of the Hudson, a health club, and private pickleball courts
Riley Newman is taking full advantage of his status as a pro athlete.
A member of the Brooklyn Pickleball Team, Newman decided to move to New York City this summer, settling in a luxury apartment building about a block from the Hudson River on West 42nd Street.
The one-bedroom apartment boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and top-notch finishes.

Better yet, the building sits atop Life Time Sky, a premier fitness facility complete with its own private swimming pools, health club, a basketball court, and yes ... pickleball courts.
“I will be playing a lot of pickleball there, and working out at the gym,” Newman, 32, told the New York Post.

Tickets are on sale for Courted NYC, Aug. 2 — pickleball lessons, mini-games, cocktails, music, and a chance to meet new people.
Other professional athletes have previously resided in the building, including Kristaps Porzingis and Sasha Vujacic of the NBA and MLB pitcher A.J. Ramos, according to the Post.
Newman is from the Pacific Northwest and previously lived in Arizona. He's currently ranked #10 in men's mixed doubles and #13 in men's doubles on the PPA Tour.
Welcome to the Big Apple, big guy.
