Snoopy has officially joined the pickleball craze. Timex released three new Peanuts watches featuring the iconic beagle playing America’s fastest-growing sport.

Snoopy has done a lot in his lifetime—flew fighter planes, went to space, and occasionally beat Charlie Brown in backyard sports. Now he’s picked up a pickleball paddle.

Watchmaker Timex has released a new Peanuts x Timex Snoopy collection featuring three pickleball-themed watches, each with the iconic beagle geared up for a day on the court, according to an article in GQ.

The drop includes three models across the brand’s classic lines:

• Timex Weekender (37mm) – brass case, blue-striped nylon strap — $169
• Timex Marlin Quartz (38mm) – stainless steel case, black leather strap — $249
• Timex Marlin Automatic (40mm) – stainless steel case, blue leather strap — $349 (GQ)

Each watch features Snoopy playing pickleball on the dial—another playful twist in Timex’s long-running collaboration with the Peanuts franchise.

Snoopy Has a Long Watchmaking History

Snoopy’s connection to watches goes back decades.

In 1970, NASA began awarding the “Silver Snoopy Award” to organizations and individuals who contributed to mission safety during spaceflight. One early recipient was Omega, says GQ, whose Speedmaster chronograph helped bring the Apollo 13 crew safely home.

Since then, Snoopy has become a surprisingly influential figure in watch culture, appearing on models from luxury brands to more affordable everyday pieces.

Timex has leaned into the collaboration for years, producing Snoopy watches featuring the beagle playing baseball, golf, and other sports. The new release simply adds pickleball to his résumé.

Pickleball’s Cultural Reach Keeps Growing

While the watches are playful, they also reflect how deeply pickleball has embedded itself into pop culture. The sport’s rapid growth has spilled into everything from apparel and footwear to celebrity endorsements and now collectible watches.

In the case of the Snoopy collection, the theme even nods to pickleball’s sometimes testy relationship with tennis.
